DAILY MEDITATIONS: A GATEWAY TO PEACE OF MIND.

Early in the morning as almost every day, I woke up to my daily meditation practice. I like the silence of dawn, the stillness of the environment.
is an invitation to "get lost in meditation, not to change anything or go to nowhere. To meditate is to sit and continue to breathe. Or mentally or verbally repeat the mantra chosen, without trying to do good or to doubt their results. Sometimes, as pre-meditation reading, I usually open a Buddhist text at random and read it carefully. Usually I do this on Sundays. On this occasion the text that emerged was this:
"Have love is like trying to take over the air" (Rodney Smith. Lessons from the dying.)
These phrases or aphorisms often accompany all week as a source of daily reflection and almost always tend to help in the most unexpected. They are like a clean source of spiritual inspiration and psychological.
Why do not you try? You can also use the Bible or other spiritual books, as well as Buddhists. But beware, it is an act of "divining" or "oracle home." This is similar to a " lectio divina," a mindfulness meditation on a spiritual text. No need to "ask anybody anything, just read and let that the meaning penetrate our minds without any intention.
Happy week to everyone.
